[Abk. ICE] (Spin-Chat), kostenloses, Java-basiertes Chatsystem (Chat), das von der 1996 gegründeten Firma SPiN AG, Regensburg, entwickelt wurde. Eine Homepage muss nur ein kleines Stück HTML-Code enthalten, um den Zugang zum Internet Chat Exchange zu ermöglichen. Alle so ausgestatteten Websites verweisen dabei auf denselben Chat. Dadurch ist praktisch immer eine ausreichende Zahl von Chatteilnehmern gewährleistet.
